Pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and also in compliance with the provision issued by the Guarantor for the protection of personal data on 9 March 2005, we inform you of the following:

This category includes the following activities: customer satisfaction surveys on the quality of services rendered and on the activities carried out by Galante Consulting, carried out directly or through the work of specialised companies by means of personal or telephone interviews, questionnaires, etc.; market surveys.

b) Data processing may also be carried out with the aid of electronic or automated means and may consist of any operation or set of operations among those provided for by Legislative Decree 196/2003.

c) The provision of personal data and their processing are not compulsory, except where required by specific legal regulations.

d) Personal data, including sensitive data relating to you, are not subject to dissemination, but may be subject to dissemination exclusively for the performance of the activities described above.

e) The data may also be communicated to companies that provide accounting services, transmission and enveloping activities, transport and sorting of communications, archiving of documents and data management; to the post office and to mail delivery companies. These subjects shall use the data in compliance with the provisions of the Law in question, in full autonomy and assuming the status of "Data Controller" with respect to such data and their processing.

f) The party concerned by the processing of personal data shall have the rights referred to in Article 7 of the aforementioned law, the text of which is reproduced in full below:

Art. 7 - Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Rights of the data subject) - Art. 7. (Right of access to personal data and other rights).1. The data subject shall have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him exist, regardless of their being already recorded, and communication of such data in intelligible form.
2. The data subject shall have the right to be informed of: a) the source of the personal data; b) the purposes and methods of the processing; c) the logic applied to the processing, if the latter is carried out with the help of electronic means; d) the identification data concerning data controller, data processors and the representative designated as per Section 5(2); e) the entities or categories of entity to whom or which the personal data may be communicated and who or which may get to know said data in their capacity as designated representative(s) in the State's territory, data processor(s) or person(s) in charge of the processing.
3. The interested party has the right to obtain
a) the updating, rectification or, when interested, the integration of data; b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected.
4. The data subject shall have the right to object, in whole or in part: a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection; b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or else for the performance of market or commercial communication surveys.
